How your gift makes a difference
Each World Gift is a real example of work. When you choose a gift, you support the area of our work that this gift represents.
For example, when you buy chickens, you support our work with vulnerable farmers in rural areas by contributing to our Farming Fund.
This gives us the flexibility to respond in the best way possible to the individual needs of the different communities we work with all over the world.

Farming Fund
Helping people grow, earn and thrive
Farming is often the only means of survival for people living in poverty. However, for many, poor climate, lack of equipment, or no training makes even just growing enough food to survive impossible.
The Farming Fund provides people with the training, skills, tools and resources they need to grow their own food and also make a living from farming and related activities.
From growing crops and rearing animals to starting small businesses and selling what they produce, the fund helps people living in poverty build livelihoods and create more secure futures for their families.

Health Fund
Helping people stay healthy and get the care they need
The Health Fund helps people living in poverty and affected by emergencies or conflict access the healthcare they need, often in communities where medical services are limited or hard to reach.
From improving health and hygiene to supporting pregnant women and people who are sick, the fund helps some of the most vulnerable people get vital care and support.

Water Fund
Bringing safe water within reach
The Water Fund helps families and communities access safe drinking water and essential sanitation, often in places where these basic services are limited.

The Emergencies Fund provides vital support when disaster strikes, helping families and communities access essentials such as food, safe water and shelter.
It also supports families facing harsh winters in remote areas, helping them rebuild their homes and access the essentials they need to stay safe and warm when they can be cut off from vital services.

Special extras
Support where it's needed most
Special Extras are our physical gifts such as chocolates, cuddly toys and other treats. Unlike our other World Gifts, they don't support one specific fund. Instead, the money raised goes into our unrestricted and general fund, giving us the flexibility to use it wherever it's needed most.
