Refer A Friend

Refer us to a loved one and you both get a gift.

Once you have placed an online order with us (minimum spend £10) you should see a Referral box pop up after the checkout.

The Referral box will include a unique link which you can copy and send to your loved one via email or through a messaging service.

Your friend will then need to use the link and purchase a World Gift that’s £10 or over to qualify for a gift.

Once they have completed their purchase, we will email you to let you know that your friend has completed their purchase and has qualified for the gift.

What do I need to do to qualify to get a gift if I refer a friend?

You will need to place an order with us to get your unique referral link and share that link with a friend. Once they have placed an order, you will both receive a gift on us.

How do I get my gift?

Once your friend has placed their order, we will send you an email containing a link to claim your gift.

How many people can I refer?

The code that you access at the checkout can be shared with as many people as you like, and they can all get a gift when they spend a minimum of £10. However, if you are the referrer then you should only receive one email telling you that you can claim your gift though, we've limited that to one per customer.

What if I recommend someone but I don't want to claim my gift once they've made a purchase?

That's fine too! You can just ignore the email you receive from us letting you know your friend has claimed their gift.

What if I want to recommend someone but they don't want to claim a gift?

First off, thanks for being so enthusiastic about World Gifts! You don't have to use the code generated at the checkout to recommend us; we're encouraging people to spread the word. Also, if your friend doesn't want a gift, they can still follow the link and place the order but remove the gift from their cart. Once they complete their order, you'll still be able to access your gift, but we won't force your friend to take one!

Is there a minimum spend for the referee to receive the gift?

Your friend will need to spend at least £10 with us for you both to qualify for a gift.

Why are you giving anything away for free?

We want to say thank you! We hope a gift will encourage you to recommend us to someone who might not have heard of us. Otherwise, everyone loves a gift after all. If you don't want to claim the gift then you don't have to and don't worry, nothing will go to waste!

My gift hasn't arrived yet. What do I do?

If you and your loved one have placed an order with us and have qualified for a gift, you should receive your gift in the post via standard delivery (which can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to arrive especially during the Christmas and Easter rush. If it's been more than 10 days since we emailed to confirm your gift, then feel free to contact us and we can check if it has been dispatched.
